Terms and Conditions
To rent a booth or table, YOU MUST FIRST AGREE TO THE BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the rental.

In short:
·  There are no refunds for rental, under any conditions
·  All booths are ONE DAY rentals (Sunday, June 28)
·  You may not sell or give away any food or drink
·  No stickers of any type on Seattle Center grounds
·  Activity for your booth is limited to your 10x10 space
·  You may NOT USE the Seattle Pride brand without permission

You will get full rules and regulations for the Seattle Center approximately a month before the festival.

Non-profit Booths    100% SOLD
All non-profit booths are located on the roof of the Fisher Pavilion. All renters should be a 501c3 or have a fiscal sponsor with a 501c3. This is a 1-DAY RENTAL (SUNDAY). You Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs. BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT - DO NOT SEND MONEY Standard Booth are still available for booking.

Standard Booths    95% SOLD
These are for small/mid-sized businesses (up to 1 million in annual sales) and non-profits who want to have placement on the Fisher Green or adjacent spaces (anywhere in "lower" festival footprint). This is a 1-DAY RENTAL (SUNDAY). You Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs.

*All 501c3s, whether operating in Seattle or elsewhere, do NOT need to pay the extra $10 or give their UBI, only their federal Tax ID.

National Non-Profit Booths
These are for national 501c3 organizations (any organization with offices outside of Washington State). This is a One Day Rental (SUNDAY). We Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs.

Corporate Booths
These are for medium to large corporations - local or national - with over 1 million in annual sales. This is a 1-DAY RENTAL (SUNDAY). We Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs.

Arts & Crafts Booths    100% SOLD
These are for arts and crafts vendors featuring hand-made items (no electronic or machine-generated arts, please) and will be located along the walkway to the east of the Fountain lawn. This is a 1-DAY RENTAL (SUNDAY). You Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs. BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT - DO NOT SEND MONEY

Sole Proprietor Business Booth    100% SOLD
This booth type is intended for small businesses with no employees and less than $100K in gross annual income. For partnerships, LLCs, or businesses who make more (gross) than $100K a year, please choose a STANDARD or CORPORATE booth. This is a 1-DAY RENTAL (SUNDAY). You Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs. BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT - DO NOT SEND MONEY

Psychic, Palmist, Tarot Booths    100% SOLD
There are only three of these spaces available and will be distributed to all areas of the festival. This is a 1-DAY RENTAL (SUNDAY). You Provide Tent, Tables, and Chairs. BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT - DO NOT SEND MONEY

Non-Profit Tables in Fisher Pavilion    100% SOLD
These are tables inside the Fisher Pavilion and ARE ONLY FOR NON-PROFITS. TABLES ARE SOLD OUT - DO NOT SEND MONEY - A FEW NON-PROFIT BOOTHS ARE STILL AVAILABLE BUT NO MORE TABLES.
