PrideFest

Seattle PrideFest is produced by PrideFest, a 501c3 non-profit, with vendor assistance by One Degree Events, with Festival Director Egan Orion, an amazing support staff, and tens of thousands of supporters.

We took over the festival in 2007, when financial problems from the previous festival producers made it impossible for them to produce that year's festival. We only had six weeks, but it was a big success, and we've been building our festival ever since. One Degree Events couldn't do this without a lot of help. Volunteers, staff, the Seattle Center, amazing artists from the Northwest and around the country who add to the excitement of Pride Weekend, and the community that continues to support us year after year. Because of you, we've grown PrideFest into the largest free Pride Festival in the country - THANK YOU!

Egan Orion, Festival Director

Egan Orion - Festival Director
egan@pridefest.org
Egan is a Seattle and Northwest native, and has been producing events for the LGBTQ community since 2003. He is proud to serve the community by throwing the year's biggest party. He also produces large-scale flash mobs (like the local Glee Flash Mob), one which you'll surely see at the Pride Festival!

LA Kendall, Talent Curator

LA Kendall - Talent Curator, Assistant Producer
kendall@pridefest.org
L.A. Kendall has been a fixture in the Seattle Nightlife Scene for nearly two decades, playing at and throwing some of Seattle's hottest events. She founded Seattle's hitgirl! collective in 1997, and has been a passionate advocate for women in the industry ever since. Along with her business partner, David "D$" Richey, she founded Qulture Qreative, and together they produced some of Seattleā€™s most notorious club nights, of which you can see the influence across the queer nightlife community today. She's been a contributor to Seattle PrideFest since 2009.

Troy Crossman, Festival Manager

Anjuli Grossmeyer - Assistant Producer
anjuli@onedegreeevents.com
Anjuli is the newest member of our team and brings kindness and competence to her work with Seattle PrideFest. She has many years of service experience to bring to the festival and will help manage all areas of the festival, with an emphasis on vendor management. Her 2 years of work on PrideFest and one year on the Mobile Food Rodeo, plus an instinct for events, makes her an invaluable part of the team.
