Seattle PrideFest is proud to have as its sole 2010 beneficiary Lambda Legal.

Lambda Legal is a national organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and those with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work.

It is through their tireless work that so much of the rights we enjoy today are fully realized. We at PrideFest and in the Seattle LGBT community salute the work of Lambda Legal.

They don't charge plaintiffs in cases they work on and they don't get any money from the government. They need help to represent people just like you in cases around the country!

We are giving Lambda Legal a prime booth at PrideFest to talk about what they do, and working with the Pride Project will be giving funds from our beer and wine gardens to the organization.
